Reservations made by calling the property directly can be changed or cancelled only by calling the property directly at (479) 968-4862. These reservations must be changed or cancelled with more than 24 hours notice from the date of arrival to avoid charges to your credit card account in the amount of one night stay. Cancellations or changes to your reservation cannot be made via email communication. Please retain your cancellation number for your records. Reservations made through websites may have different cancellation policies.

PET POLICY:

Small well-behaved pets are accepted, subject to approval by management, unless prohibited by state law or ordinance.
Prior approval by management is required at check-in.
Additional fee per night per pet.
Mandatory cash deposit per pet at check-in.
Guest is responsible for any and all damages, including, but not limited to:
- damages to furniture, linens, towels, or carpet
Pet owners may be asked to vacate the property if their pet becomes a nuisance to other guests.
Service animals are always allowed. Please bring documentation.

Pets must be on a leash or properly carried outside guest rooms.
